Noel Liftin is a stalker with acute powers of observation. His first appearence is in The Secret in the Soil. Since then, Booth used his powers of observation to help with murder investigations in, The Man in the Outhouse, and The Daredevil in the Mold. In The Daredevil in the Mold, he mentions that he has Glaucoma when he wanted Dr. Sweets to write him a prescription and when he asked Booth for fifty dollars for his medicine in exchange for finding a bike that belonged to a murder victim named Dustin Rottenberg.
