The TzHaar City Library is located in TzHaar City north of the Fairy ring (code ••). The library is one of the few enclosed, separate areas in the city along with the TzHaar Fight Cave. If you talk to some of the citizens inside the library, they remark that they read on stone instead of paper and that the shelves at the back hold human books, which have sadly been turned into ash. Some non-player characters located inside are TzHaar-Mej-Lor and the Library assistant, the owners of the library. The TzHaar Tourist Guide book, which can be found in the library, is used in the TokTz-Ket-Dill quest but is turned into ashes due to the heat. TzHaar-Mej-Lor says that the player can get a copy of the book at the Varrock library.
