One big difference is that reginylandrae lacks the virginae component of reginylgynae. Another is the princely prerogatives: * Magic-based rewards * Overturning others' judicial or governmental decisions * Making arbitrary rules (limited) Thus making this spell package somewhat more powerful than reginylgynae.
