Egg Bomber is a robot that appears in Sonic the Hedgehog (2006). They are robots designed to throw miniature bombs at opponents, and they were created by Dr. Eggman. They served as one of Eggman's main robot groups during the events of Sonic the Hedgehog (2006). The Egg Bomber is the precursor of more, advanced robots that were deployed in the duration of Sonic the Hedgehog (2006); the Egg Sweeper and Egg Armor robots were modeled after the Egg Bomber robots.
