The Central Accounts and Processing Department is a front for the Dominion Intelligence Section disguised as a branch of the Terran Dominion government. According to their transmissions, they pretend to largely deal with bureaucratic matters within the Dominion, and handle a large amount of filed forms. The department is known to have an artificial intelligence matrix that handles the filing of its paperwork.
