Fitzwilliam P. Dalton III was a well-bred aristocrat who, surprisingly, joined Jack Sparrow's crew at the beginning of his hunt for the Sword of Cortés. He became something of a rival for Jack onboard the Barnacle, often disagreeing with the captain.
