Get Up and Go Songs is a 2003 Sesame Street Play-a-Song storybook that plays five sing-along songs. In the book, Elmo, Zoe and Telly Monster play outside together. The songs are: "Skip to My Lou", "Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes", "Did You Ever See a Zoe?", "Hippity Hop" and "Elmo Races".
