The Eternal Atlas predates the Primordial War. It is a map made of all worlds that exist, have existed, and will exist. Its scope moves beyond the mere concepts of "time" and "space", and it exists simultaneously in all time periods. It was originally kept in Creation by a race favored by the Primordials. When the War came, a circle led by Zenith Caste Gama Fen fought their way to the Atlas and managed to uproot it and seize it. However, it required a solid tie to reality to be read, so the first Vault of the Eternal Atlas was constructed by the circle's Twilight with the aid of the Star-Chosen. The Sidereals had a great knack for reading the Atlas, and so became its custodians. The Atlas comprehended the landscapes of the Primordials, and came to be an essential tool in winning the War. I
