Seijuro Ginga is a major character in the Kanto arc of the Pink & Purple anime. He is an ace trainer together with his sister Natsumi. Throughout the arc Seijuro falls in love with Minako. He makes his first appearance in Batteling Blue where he and his sister challenge Minako and Hiroshi for a battle. His last appearance is Visiting the Silph company, Team Rockets last stand! where he helps defeating Team Rocket.
