The Outerzone was a region of space on the far fringes of the Galaxy. It was home to the "dregs of society" and was filled with crime such as murder, drug abuse and rape. Jaylor, who craved to act upon these urges deep within him, traveled to the Outerzone in hopes of solitude. He found none, and the dregs refused him and sent him on his way.
