The Parti progressiste-conservateur is a progressive conservative in Rildanor. It was founded in 2713 by political moderates (conservatives by definition) who saw that Rildanor needed a party that was for the federal parliamentary constitutional monarchy state system and a government that supported the ideas of Toryism.
