Hildegard Rosa Kohl Klay was born on July 17, 2665 to Heinrich Kohl and Marianne Muller in the Kien, Hulstria. She is married to Wilhelm Klay and has two sons, Alexander and Andrew. She is the founder and chairman of the Konservative Völker Partei. In the 2723 elections, she was elected to become the first woman Governor-General.
