Nation Song Contest 38 was the 38th edition of the Nation Song Contest and was hosted by Reym-L-Dneurb, after their first win in the previous contest. Alinta and Pangora fully withdrew from the contest and Tomstria missed their third edition this edition, so UZI, Canedonia and Zaprya made their debut. Despite that Arjastan, Dalisska and Maccha-Brugia also announced that they were not intending to compete in this contest, later on, all three announced that they would participate.
