The Vision-class Corvette is a small capital ship-sized vessel designed for a variety of mission profiles. When the shipyard over Joy was begun, Governor Tugawa launched a new line of Jade Worlds-designed capital ships. In appearance, the Vision-class was based on pre-first contact Joyite starships; technologically, however, it is a mix of the new technologies assimilated into the Jade Worlds from sources as diverse as the Black Star Confederacy, the Rai Republic and the Kartanin Dominion.
