The Belial is an enemy in Crisis Core -Final Fantasy VII-. The best attack against this enemy will be physical attack since it has low Vitality rating. The Command Materia Costly Punch is most recommended. One should be sure to steal some valuable items from the Belial. If the player struggles when fighting these enemies, Drain Blade is advised.
