Officer Calloway is an officer of the Woodcrest Police Department, who only appears in "Thank You for Not Snitching". After a series of home burglaries are committed by Gin Rummy and Ed Wuncler III, Calloway interviews Robert Freeman and asks if he knows about the robberies, but he refuses and slams the door on him. He walks away and interviews other people in the apartment buildings in downtown Woodcrest, but again they claim to know nothing about the crimes as well.
