A Magical Measurer is a device similar to the Muggle High Striker. The Magical Measurer is used to measure the power of a spell: if the device is struck with a spell of enough power, the puck will rise high enough to hit the bell. The Weasley family and Gambol and Japes Wizarding Joke Shop owned one each. There is also an ancient magical measurer at Hogwarts Castle.
