The Flower Exchange is run by Rina at the Buttercup Cafe in Barton Town. Gaians can take the flowers that they have gathered in towns and give them to Rina with some gold to make bouquets of flowers in various sizes. An option is to use ink from the Exchange Bugs or Exchange Inks to dye the bouquet paper, or ribbon for the larger bouquets.
