"Laboulaye Lady" was the first part of a Playfair cipher given to Thomas Gates on April 14, 1865 by the Knights of the Golden Circle. Also, Laboulaye Lady referred to the Statue of Liberty in Paris, France, where the clue that led to the two Resolute desks was found.
