He is the son of actor/comedian Dom DeLuise and actress Carol DeLuise, and the brother of actor Michael DeLuise and actor/director Peter DeLuise. DeLuise has had long-term roles on Jesse and 3rd Rock from the Sun, and guest roles on Without a Trace, Monk and Stargate SG-1, along with voicing Coop in the Cartoon Network show Megas XLR.
