The recreation of Rishon Uxbridge by her husband Kevin Uxbridge was done in response to his wife's death while defending the Federation colony on Delta Rana IV from an attack by the Husnock. Kevin, who was a being of extraordinary power, recreated his wife and the home they shared on the planet. As the Enterprise departed from the Delta Rana system, Kevin recreated his wife and home. (TNG: "The Survivors" ) Rishon's recreation was played by Anne Haney.
