Rita Gregg is the owner of a pawn shop that NCIS Special Agents Leroy Jethro Gibbs and Anthony DiNozzo went to during an investigation into the death of Petty Officer Colin Boxer. While there, Gibbs discovered a Congressional Medal of Honor that originally belonged to his father's best friend with Gibbs being left stunned by the discovery.
