Coldwater Canyon was a road in the Santa Monica Mountains near North Hollywood. After she attacked and restrained kidnapper Kevin Carroll, Teri Bauer called Jamey Farrell at CTU to tell her what had happened, and said she was on Mulholland Drive a mile east of Coldwater. ("Day 1: 6:00am-7:00am")
