The Project's Pawns are the bulk of the Dixmor Project's propaganda army. Though weak in stature, they're numerous and indispensable due to being under the mind control by the Project. They can own up to four companies or industries, but despite their wealth, they are still controlled by the Project, and the Project is mainly the only reason why they have all that wealth. Each puppet starts by being brainwashed with Satanic and Nazi propaganda and each has 0% of the Project's pay, as they are actually nothing more but slaves.
