Hacker's Flat was a working-class neighbourhood in Tarsonis City, Tarsonis. Early in its history, it consisted of farms before eventually being absorbed by Tarsonis City. By the 2480s, most of its street-level space was taken up by family-owned bodegas, selling goods that were likely stolen in some cases. The sidewalks were cracked, the side passageways reeked of urine, and every accessible surface was covered with graffiti.
