Celia Cruz (1924-2003) was an acclaimed Cuban salsa singer. She guest starred on Sesame Street at various times, supplying a Latin flavor and bilingual instruction. Her appearances include "Numero Comparsa," "Zunzun" with Big Bird, "Songo's Song", a game of "Celia Says," and a cameo in the celebrity version of "Put Down the Duckie."
