Truck Howser is an employee of the MCO. He is a newer field agent, and has been working with Jann Dominguez since early 2006. They make a good team, and were part of the security team Carlos Jefferson had outside the shields of the Precognitives – Prediction Failure K4 attempt to see beyond Spring 2008.
