She appeared in the Action Mask spin-off manga, Misato first encountered Gotarō Gō when he transforms into Action Mask to save her from a monster who has a hatred for children. She is surprised to see Action Mask not fighting back against the monster and instead tries to reason with it. Misato is a fan of tokusatsu (her favorite being Twin Leaf Mask) and dresses as boy when attending school.
