The guild will, as stated, be a primarely RP-oriented guild, but hey, if five members are online and heroics are go, heroics are go. Due to the theme of the guild, I also expect it to verge on psuedo- or full-blown PvP from time to time. All in all, it will be rounded if it can, but won't sacrifice RP for the reason of being rounded.
