Theodoric IV of Isenburg-Kempenich (German: Dietrich IV. von Isenburg-Kempenich) was the Lord of Isenburg-Kempenich until 1329. Theodoric was the elder son of Gerard I. He was succeeded by his sons, Simon I and Theodoric V, and his nephew, Gerard II.
