Paul and Company is an American animated television series produced by Michael Shires Television Animation, Melvin Productions, Naughty Dog based on the 1988 Shires film of the same name. It features the adventures of Paul the Kitten prior to the events of the film. This series is the first Shires television series to be spin-off from a major animated film. Some of the voice actors of the film reprise their roles in the series, among them Christine Cavanaugh as Paul the Kitten, Dan Castellaneta as Wallace the Dog, Patrick Pinney as Ernest the Great Dane, Wallace Shawn as Ted the Chihuahua, Maggie Roswell as Sally the Saluk, Frank Oz as Frank the Bulldog, Charlie Adler as Faggot and Bill Strikes, Michael Bell as Waltham the Butler, Kath Cressida as Penny the Girl, Tress MacNeille as Juliet
