Owen Armstrong is a former owner of the Builder's Yard on Victoria Street. He is the father of Izzy Armstrong and Katy Armstrong. Following a huge row with long-term partner Anna Windass, the couple split up in April 2015 - their relationship having been torn apart by their financial and family problems. Feeling unable to stay in Weatherfield, Owen accepted an offer of work from a friend in Aberdeen.
