Blaine Harris, the Deputy Prime Minister of Bakura in 28 ABY, kept private chambers somewhere in the city of Salis D'aar. His partner-in-crime Salkeli brought the unconscious Jedi Knight Jaina Solo there to be interrogated by Harris shortly before the battle of Bakura. The freedom fighter Malinza Thanas and two of her comrades arrived shortly after, and were put into binders along with Solo.
