Details: On June 13, 1993, the body of an unidentified man was found in the Titicus Reservoir in Somers, New York. He had a backpack with 38 pounds of rocks in it. Authorities put his dental records in a national database, but could find no match. The only clue to his identity was a photograph found in the backpack. It appeared to be a black and white one from the 50s or 60s and showed a toddler with a man who may have been his grandfather. The investigators believe that he is the toddler in the picture, but he remains unidentified.
