Part designed to optimize mobile combat abilities. A middling arm in many ways, it straddles the border between lightweight and mid, while suffering high drain. It's accuracy is not too good ether, falling behind even light arms. It's niche lies in that it has great firing stability for it's category, as well maneuverability, lending it to using rifles, machine guns, and shotguns better at close ranges. Still, it isn't the best when it comes to that, and is plagued by bad drain. It's usable, but outclassed and costly.
