Roger Pontare (born Roger Johansson) is a Swedish musician originating from Slagnäs, Sweden. He participated in the Eurovision Song Contest twice, in 1994 and on home ground in 2000. He tried again to represent Sweden in 2006, with the song "Silverland", but the winner was Carola, with Invincible. Roger entered Melodifestivalen 2017 with the song "Himmel och hav", but was eliminated from the second semifinal in 5th place.
