Halburton was a Manticoran citizen and a petty officer of the Royal Manticoran Navy. Holding the rank of Senior Chief Petty Officer, he served aboard HMS Prince Adrian. He was among the prisoners taken aboard PNS Tepes and survived the escape, making it to the surface of Hades. (HH7) He was killed during the taking of Styx. (HH8)
