A boss of a moderate section of Adrilankha. He used to have a good reputation, emerged successful in a war against his neighbour Rolaan over territorial issues. Rolaan fell from his office window. One of his propriator's was Nielar, who offered Vladimir to finalize a guy named Kynn who worked for Rolaan during the war. Later, he vanished after a mysterious involvment with the Left Hand. Tagichatn, one of his former lieutenants, inherited his property. He turned out to be incompetent, so his territory was split between Laris and Vladimir after Tagichatn's death, who fought afterwards.
