PNS Ivan IV was a battlecruiser of the State Security Naval Forces. In 1913 PD, the Ivan IV was a part of Rear Admiral Yearman's fleet component of the Havenite force sent to Hades and was among the first ships engaged by the Elysian Space Navy in the Battle of Cerberus; ENS Farnese's energy weapons fired directly into Ivan IV's bow. The forward fusion plants went into emergency shutdown in time, but the ship suffered catastrophic damage nonetheless. (HH8)
