He claims to be musically gifted and sings often. When he first appears, he called himself Hyuru Hyuru Rocker Man, but later announces he had powered up and calls himself Hyuru Hyuru Conductor. He does not seem to be powerful at attacking, but could give power to Manna and Aaron. The Spectre Sisters were not fond of him and expressed annoyance when he shows up on their mission; Calaveras even attempts to hit him in the head with a chair, but Petz stops her. He disappears when Sailor Mars attacks him with her Burning Mandala attack.
