Hank Muntak was an executive at Channel 4, the local Pawnee television station. He was played by Dax Shepard. Tom negotiated with Hank to get Andy a better deal for producing the Johnny Karate TV show. Hank was uncooperative, but eventually struck a deal with Tom.
