The library fiends reside the library at Mu Elementary School and eat all the books. In the web episode "Rainy Day Schedule", they were called "noise-making fiends" and were not library fiends. Then, they were used to annoy the schoolchildren on rainy days. In that episode, they liked bubble gum. They made another appearence in Marvin the Middle Manager, when they ate Marvin's Instruction Manual.
