Kubaro Dickerson was a human male and the chief of operations of the Lantaru sector space station used by Dr. Bendes Kettaract for his Omega molecule research. He was also one of the few people aboard the station assigned by "the experiment's supporters", apparently Section 31. (TOS - Section 31 novel: Cloak)
