Dionys Ruediger was the 72nd Governor-General of Greater Hulstria and former Chairman of the Faschistische Gewalt-Partei. From 3124 to 3137 he served as the Minister of Finance of Greater Hulstria; he additionally served as the Vice-Chairman of the Faschistische Gewalt-Partei under Archibald Warschnauer. Dionys is the older brother to the former Minister of Science & Technology, Sophus Noyer.
