Millard III was mostly desert and jungle. Several small cities were spread across the surface. The inhabitants were all descendants of refugees from the Rim Worlds during the time of the Empire. They mostly traded with the surrounding systems. They had been waiting for the Confederacy to discover them for several decades, and were quite willing to join when Confederate explorers finally dropped by. The Millard System was ruled by Planetary Governor Kaal, the ruler of Millard III. He was loved and trusted by the population.
