SimCity 4: Deluxe Edition is a compilation that includes the SimCity 4 base game and the Rush Hour expansion pack. This removes the need to install SimCity 4 and its Rush Hour expansion separately, as the installer will automatically install both the base and expansion. Other than several minor patches and fixes, the game runs relatively the same, and can be updated the same way (although Maxis no longer provides support for SimCity 4).
