The unnamed Drainage Engineer who Carla Connor hired to inspect the drainage system at Underworld in May 2011. He informed her that there were serious problems, and that the drains would have to be dug up and laid again. The problems were caused by Colin Fishwick's body which was buried under the factory by John Stape and Charlotte Hoyle in July 2010.
