The two unnamed Police Officers were part of a large contingent who arrived in force to arrest Rob Donovan for the murder of Tina McIntyre at an abandoned factory. They had been tipped off by Rob's fiancée Tracy Barlow who he expected to run off with him. Along with cars, they also had a helicopter hovering over the building should he try and run. In the end, stunned by his betrayal, he made no attempt to escape and did as the female officer instructed, kneeling on the ground with his arms out level with his shoulders. The male officer then cuffed him as he read him his rights and took him away.
