The Level starts out after the previous level. Agent 47 needs to break his bonds and head to the opposite wall to activate the fire alarm. After activating the alarm immediately turn around and sit back down on the chair. A few moments later a Hope Police Officer will enter to tun it off, you can take him out or avoid him once his back is turned. Heading up the stairs and at the end of the hallway another officer will be talking on his phone about the location of your SilverBallers, grab the power cable (a replacement for your fibre wire) and continue through the vent ahead.
