Lacon City was a municipality on the planet Deneva, on the Summer Islands. (ST - Destiny novel: Lost Souls) It was also the planet's capital. (TNG novel: Losing the Peace) Elieth, the son of Tuvok, was a peace officer in Lacon City, where he lived with his wife, Ione Kitain.
